Sign up as a vendor for the 2019 Juneteenth for the Crest Celebration and get your products or food items in front of an engaged (and hungry!) audience. Hurry and submit your completed Vendor Application before Friday, May 31, 2019, as space is limited. And remember to review the Vendor Frequently-Asked Questions (FAQs).  Vendors can pick up vendor packets on Friday, June 13th between 5 pm and 7 pm at Cole Park. 

All vendors are responsible for the appropriate licenses to sell merchandise/food in Nueces County and the City of Corpus Christi.

Vendors are responsible for their own items such as table, tent, chairs and additional lighting.

Participation in “Juneteenth for the Crest” requires submission of a completed registration form - Due on or Before May 31, 2019. All exhibitors, vendors and entertainers are welcome. 

FACILITIES: Exhibitors shall be responsible for their own tables, chairs, awnings and tents. Space assignments will be made upon receipt of completed forms. A complete park map will be included in the vendor packet that will be available on Friday, June 14th from 5 pm to 7 pm at Cole Park.

SET UP & BREAK DOWN: Complete setup ANYTIME BEFORE 4 p.m. Saturday, June 15th. The alotted vendor set up time is from 3 pm to 4 pm. Vendors are responsible for the security of their own items after they setup. Event is open to the public from 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. We expect all exhibitors to stay for the duration of the whole event and only tear down when break down begins (unless you clarify hours with ONLY the vendor chair).  Clean up ALL trash and leave the area with as little wear as possible. 

PARKING: Vehicles must be moved to designated vendor parking area IMMEDIATELY AFTER SET UP. Parking pass and information will be given during vendor check in ON Friday, June 14th. Please be advised that parking on grass in City of Corpus Christi parks is prohibited by ordinance. 

INCLEMENT WEATHER: Event may be canceled or shortened due to inclement weather. We will send an email to all exhibitors if this is the case, so PLEASE PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL & CELL NUMBER. There will be no refunds if it should rain, sleet or snow. Provisions for moving the venue may or may not be made. 

GIVEAWAYS: Up to 500 visitors are expected at this event, many of them families with children. We ask that all give-a-ways are cultural and kid friendly in nature. 


FEES: The TABPHE CC & Friends Committee reserves the right to disallow the sale of certain types of merchandise. NO VENDOR fees will be returned after the deadline. A $30.00 fee will be assessed for all returned checks.
